Medicals 4 Drivers have been conducting medical assessments for a number of years, offering Group 2 (DVLA D4 HGV/LGV, PCV, Minibus), Taxi, Motorsport, Forklift Truck, Crane Operator and Police, Fire, Coastguard, Ambulance & Health Service medicals. Medicals 4 Drivers have regular clinics throughout the Midlands region including appointments during the day, in the evening and on weekends. We carry out medicals for individuals, small firms, and large companies and guarantee a high-quality service every time! Our prices start from only £50 for a full medical, which includes the mandatory eye test. We can provide a printed DVLA D4 Form or you can download it from here. 

Medicals 4 Drivers provide experienced doctors with full GMC (General Medical Council) registration to ensure your assessment is completed correctly every time and in accordance with DVLA Group 2 guidelines.
